Question 1

What is Anya?

Accepted Answer

Anya is your point of contact for the Laiqa programme. She gets to know your symptoms, your medical history, your reports, and your daily routine, then builds you a personalised plan: diet, daily rhythm, herbal protocols, and lifestyle adjustments tuned to your body. She also handles the day-to-day — answering questions, adjusting the plan as you progress, and flagging anything that needs a clinician's eye.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Women dealing with hormonal or metabolic concerns: PMOS (PCOS), hypothyroidism, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, irregular or missed periods, weight that won't move, gut issues, stress and burnout, mood swings, sleep, low energy. If you're not sure whether you fit, take the short symptom check on the start page.

Question 3

What conditions does Laiqa work with?

Accepted Answer

Laiqa is built for women's hormonal and metabolic health. We work with PMOS (PCOS), hypothyroidism, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, irregular or missed periods, and weight management. We add more as our clinical protocols expand. If you're not sure whether you fit, take the short symptom check on the start page.

Question 4

How much time does it take?

Accepted Answer

Initially Anya wants to know you. The first few days run a little longer — up to about 10 minutes a day — while she gets the picture of your symptoms, history, and routine. After that, it's entirely up to you. Some women check in daily; others message her once a week with how they're doing. The programme adapts to the time you've got.

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Open a chat with Anya on WhatsApp. She'll ask you a few questions to understand what's going on, then build a personalised plan around your body. You can start in five minutes.

Question 6

Does it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are available; details are shared inside the chat after Anya understands what you need. Some employer-sponsored cohorts run free for a limited number of spots.

Question 7

Is Anya an AI doctor?

Accepted Answer

No. Anya is a programme. Every plan and recommendation she delivers is clinician-supervised: a real doctor or dietitian on the Laiqa team has signed off the protocol behind it. Anya is the channel; clinicians are the oversight.

Question 8

Is Anya the same as ChatGPT or Claude?

Accepted Answer

No. ChatGPT and Claude are general assistants. They meet you fresh each session and answer from broad training data. Anya is a hormonal health programme. She holds a structured profile of your body that grows over months: your cycle, your symptoms, the driver behind your condition, your medications, your reports. Every reply is grounded against that profile. And every supplement or Ayurvedic medicine in your plan is reviewed by a clinician on the Laiqa team before it reaches your chat. A general assistant has none of that.

Question 9

Why can't I just paste my symptoms and reports into ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

You can, and it will give you a confident sounding answer. What it cannot do is hold three months of your cycle, sleep, and symptom logs alongside your reports and your last protocol, and reason about which root cause is most likely yours. PMOS, hypothyroidism, amenorrhea: two women with the same diagnosis can have very different drivers, and the right plan is different. Anya's value is in the long memory and in the clinician sign off behind every supplement or Ayurvedic medicine recommendation. A chat window cannot replicate either.

Question 10

Does Anya remember me between conversations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anya keeps a structured profile that grows over months: cycle history, symptoms, the driver assigned to you, medications, supplement responses, reports, and the protocol you are on. Every reply is grounded against that profile. That is why she can notice that 'too wired to sleep' has shown up four nights in a row at 11 pm and treat the cortisol pattern, not the sleep complaint. ChatGPT loses the thread when you close the tab.

Question 11

Will Anya prescribe supplements or medication directly?

Accepted Answer

No. Supplements and Ayurvedic medicines that appear in your plan are reviewed by a clinician on the Laiqa team before they reach your chat. Anya does not prescribe. The clinician approves the protocol; Anya delivers what they signed off. This is a structural difference from a general AI chatbot, which can confidently suggest a supplement that interacts with your existing medication.

Question 12

What does Anya not handle?

Accepted Answer

Anya is for hormonal and metabolic conditions in women aged 16 and over. PMOS (PCOS), hypothyroidism, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, irregular periods, weight, gut, stress, sleep, and mood that come with these conditions. Cases involving suicidality, eating disorders, oncology, type 1 diabetes, or major neurological or cardiac conditions are routed out of the programme to specialists. That gate is set in code, not left to model judgement. Anya will say no clearly when something is outside her scope, instead of guessing.

Question 13

Does Anya work with my regular doctor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anya does not replace your prescribing doctor. If you are already on modern medicine like levothyroxine or oral contraceptives, your Laiqa plan is built to be compatible with it. Anything that touches your existing prescription is held back for clinician review on our side. The Laiqa clinical team is Ayurvedic led; we work alongside your modern medicine prescriber rather than substituting for them.

Question 14

What about my privacy?

Accepted Answer

Your name and contact details are never shared with the clinical team unless you choose to talk to them directly. They review the things they need to build your plan, like your age, where you live, the kind of work you do, your symptoms, and your reports. Your identity stays private.

Question 15

What makes Laiqa different?

Accepted Answer

Most hormonal health apps are trackers and content libraries. They tell you what is happening. Anya is built around a different question: why is it happening. She finds the root cause driver behind your symptoms, one of insulin resistance, stress and cortisol, inflammation and androgen, gut, or thyroid and metabolic slowness, and works on that, not the diagnosis label. The whole programme runs on WhatsApp, so there is no app to download and no separate wellness ecosystem to maintain. And every supplement or Ayurvedic medicine in your plan has clinician sign off behind it.

Question 16

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can stop messaging Anya at any time. For paid plans, refer to our refund policy.
